Rick has been developing products and technology for over 25 years. Rick’s holds over 5 patents from the USPTO for technologies from Advertising, Artificial Intelligence to Enterprise Systems.
Rick’s unique background of business savvy and his keen eye for products and design make him the kind of leader clients need and respect. His technical know-how make him highly respected among engineers, developers and technical managers. Rick has served in leadership positions and product/technology consulting roles with Fortune 100 companies like Dell Technologies, TracFone and Verizon Wireless and led startups including AI start-up Wurkzen and CIELO Enterprise Solutions.
Rick is currently attending Florida International University to attain his Doctorate of Business. He holds an MBA, IT Management and is a PMI-certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Dr. George T. Kastner is the Founder and CEO of FirstGTK LLC. He is an accomplished strategy and operations consultant, and a distinguished professor. The depth of his strategic offerings include Global Management Practices, Hospital Management, Service in Healthcare, Management and Succession in Family Owned Business, Global Operations Management, Service Operations, Growth Management and Startups.
Dr. Kastner has taught in six universities in nine countries; currently, he has an adjunct professor appointment in the Business School at the University of Miami. Dr. Kastner served as President of Arthur D. Little LATAM.
